Pictures of instruments are shown with clickable buttons to reveal the names, functions, classifications, number of instruments on a tray, varieties, and alternate names. Closeups of selected instrument ends are shown.

Introduction to Surgical
Instruments
Teaches the student the 8 classifications of instruments with four instrument examples for each classification. The variety of examples allows the student to learn the classifications as part of the general function of instruments. Version 2 upgrade contains instrument and procedure pronunciation, a new design, and an Instructor's Guide.
General Surgery Instruments Describes the instruments on a general surgery tray. Includes 8 retractors, ten racked instruments, 3 scissors, 6 forceps, and 7 miscellaneous instruments. Version 2 upgrade contains instrument and procedure pronunciation, a new design, and an Instructor's Guide.
Intestinal and Gallbladder Instruments Shows the instruments on an Intestinal Tray and Hemorrhoid Set. Also includes a proctoscope, and choledochoscope. This program builds on the General Surgery Instruments program and does not duplicate those instruments. Version 2 upgrade contains instrument and procedure pronunciation, a new design, and an Instructor's Guide.
GYN Instruments Includes listings of instruments used from the General Surgery tray, and shows individual pictures of instruments specific to the Abdominal Hysterectomy set, Vaginal Hysterectomy set, and D&C. Version 2 upgrade contains instrument and procedure pronunciation, a new design, and an Instructor's Guide.
GU Instruments This module describes instruments that are used in GU endoscopic surgeries, major and minor GU surgeries, and instruments added for some renal surgeries. All instrument names are pronounced as well as procedures and disorders. This program also includes an Instructor's Guide.
ENT Instruments This module describes instruments that are used on the Basic Ear Tray, the T & A Tray, the Nose Tray, and the Maxillary Sinus Endoscopy Tray. All instrument names and procedures are pronounced. Instrument usage, size and varieties, as well as the number on a tray are included. This program also includes an Instructor's Guide.
Eye Instruments This module describes instruments that are used on the Basic Eye Set, the Basic Cataract Set, and the Retinal Detachment Set. All instrument names and procedures are pronounced. Instrument category, usage, other names, sizes and varieties, as well as the number on a tray are included. This program also includes an Instructor's Guide.
Vascular Instruments This module describes instruments that are used on the Peripheral Vascular tray, Vascular Accessory instruments/tray, Abdominal Vascular tray, and Thoracic tray. All instrument names and procedures are pronounced. Instrument category, usage, other names, sizes and varieties, as well as the number on a tray are included. This program also includes an Instructor's Guide.
Orthopedic Instruments This module describes instruments that are used on the Basic Major Ortho tray, Bone Clamp tray, Basic Hip tray, and in Knee Arthrotomy (Basic Knee), and Knee Arthroscopy. All instrument names and procedures are pronounced. Instrument category, usage, other names, sizes and varieties, as well as the number on a tray are included. This program also includes an Instructor's Guide.
Cardiovascular Instruments This module describes instruments that are used on the Basic Open Heart Tray, Sternal Spreader Tray, Valve Tray, Bring Back Open Heart Tray, and Vein Retrieval Tray. All instrument names and procedures are pronounced. Instrument category, usage, other names, sizes and varieties, as well as the number on a tray are included. This program also includes an Instructor's Guide.
